We had a lovely time staying here. The views from the property were amazing. And the host/manager, Anna, was very nice, and helpful.

This villa was everything we wanted and more! Anna was the loveliest host, our whole group was obsessed with her. One of the nights we did a typical Tuscan evening and it was a highlight of our trip. Will 100% be back! Highly recommend.

This is a superb place to stay, with very helpfull owners, excelente service.

The property is incredible. The views are stunning and go on for miles. The 2 bedroom apartment was extremely spacious and had everything you could need. The 13th century wine cellar was definitely an added surprise

L’environnement est dépaysant et très beau. L’hôte est super accueillante et près de ses visiteurs. Cadre naturel et vue imprenable sur la région de la piscine et d’autres points de vue du logement. Un peu plus d’équipement dans la cuisine serait le bienvenu (un peu plus de vaisselle, une machine à café,…). Nous avons eu également la chance de pouvoir profiter de la propriété et de son calme à un moment où tous les logements n’étaient pas occupés ensemble. Vu la grande capacité prévue, il faut voir comment les choses se passeraient une fois le domaine complet,… notamment en ce qui concerne le partage de la piscine. Pour les personnes à la recherche de calme, je pense qu’une visite en juin, septembre et octobre est l’idéal.

It was so fun and enjoyable, start to finish. The host(ess) was awesome, always responding quickly (ice delivered in 10 minutes). Pool area was killer, grilling a fat Tuscan steak was so cool. Local restaurants better than ever. Try Il Cavalere 1.5 km away. And the views ….. just don’t get better. You must go.

We enjoyed our stay, Anna is hospitable and welcoming. Communicating directly with Anna worked perfectly. The views are breathtaking. The location is remote but only a short drive to Florence and other towns with excellent food. We would love to return.

We visited the property out of season so unfortunately could not make full use of the facilities. Charming and characterful and all as described. Anna was very welcoming and helpful. Hopefully we can return in season one day.

Wir hatten aufgrund der sommerlichen Temperaturen im Oktober eine Wohnung mit Pool gesucht. Welch ein Glück, denn Tenuta 1 stellte sich als mehr als wunderschön gelegen heraus! Diese überwältigenden Ausblicke vom Weinberg in alle Richtungen von so reizvollen Sitzplätzen und vom Pool aus waren Genuss pur. Zudem hat uns die geschmackvoll und hochwertig ausgestattete, saubereWohnung mit einem Mix aus Alt und Modern sehr zugesagt. Anna hat uns freundlich umsorgt, sodass wir uns wie zu Besuch bei Freunden fühlten. Wege zum Wandern vom Haus aus, Ruhe, aber auch die Nähe zu den schönen Orten der Toskana, gut Tipps, was will man mehr? Anna führte uns dann noch durch den historischen Weinkeller und ließ uns ihr selbst produziertes Olivenöl verkosten. Ein perfekter Ort zum Ausspannen! Danke, Anna nochmals für deine so offene, freundliche Betreuung. Gern kommen wir einmal wieder!

This was the perfect relaxing stay in the Tuscan countryside! Our host was welcoming, responsive and even got us a bottle of their wine to enjoy by the amazing pool. You won’t find another spot as tranquil yet close to the heart of Florence. Cannot recommend this place enough!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Tenuta Branca. L’appartement loggia, la vue et la localisation étaient parfaits. Le dîner dégustation proposé était délicieux. Nous te remercions encore Ana pour ton accueil.

When you think of Italy and especially Tuscany this place fulfills all the boxes. This place is a "Villa" nestled in a vineyard, close the some great small towns and close to everything that Italy has to offer in Florence. The place was clean. The beds were very comfortable and Anna is a 5 star host with great charm, knowledge and hospitality. 5 Stars in every category

El alojamiento en Tenuta cumple con todo lo ofrecido. Es amplio, cómodo, tranquilo, pero es absolutamente indispensable tener auto a disposición, ya que el pueblo mas cercano no está a distancia “caminable”. Un solo detalle a tener en cuenta, que es claro en el aviso, pero a veces se deja pasar, son los costos adicionales a pagar en el lugar, como la limpieza y la calefacción, que parecen un poco excesivos (justo es decir que se muestran en el precio al reservar). Mención aparte para Anna, super servicial y acogedora, realmente da placer ser recibidos por alguien como ella

We had a wonderful stay. Apartments are located at a great locations with amazing view and far from city noise, although enough close to visit Florence with around half an hour drive. We were late for checking due to traffic and it was no problem to arrange it with the host. Thanks Anna!

The property was clean and well presented. Anna is an amazing host and went beyond to help out when we had a problem with our hire car. The pool was beautiful with stunning views and very clean. We had an amazing 2 week relaxing holiday with lots of culture as Florence, Siena and Lucca are just some of the places we visited. We will return !!

Fantastica tenuta ideale per godersi una vista mozzafiato ed il relax della bellissima Toscana. Anna e la sua bella famiglia sono un host gentilissimo e sempre premuroso. Molto consigliato.

Eiendommen og leilighet nr 5 passet vår familie på 5 personer utmerket. Tenuta Branca ligger i hjertet av Chianti, i fin avstand til byer og vingårder vi ønsket å besøke. Her er det stille og fredelig. Man kan velge mellom å bestille frokost, eller tilbrede mat i eget godt utstyrte kjøkken. Vertskapet Anna og Stefano får alene fem stjerner fra oss. Vi sjekket inn sent en søndag kveld da alle butikker var stengt. Anna stilte med råvarer slik at vi kunne lage kveldsmat. I løpet av uken fikk vi også en minnerik omvisning i vinkjelleren til Stefano, samt en helaften med deilig italiensk mat og vin. Vi anbefaler Tenuta Branca varmt , og ser frem til å komme tilbake hit.

Most of the time we spent next to the pool, water temperature was nice refreshing, panorama was excellent.
Villas managers were super friendly and ready to help if we needed some help.
We also booked a wedding dinner that was tasty and again really great service!
Would definitely like to go back there! :)

We had a wonderful and unforgettable stay at Tenuta! The room was nice, clean and confortable. The site is full of history in the middle of the Chianti vineyards, the view fabulous and our hosts were so nice and wonderful with us that we can not refrain to consider going back again one day! Don't miss the wine tasting session with both Stefano & Anna; we had such a great time!

When we arrived, we were overwhelmed by the beauty of the property. It is exactly as you see it on TV, with the stunning views, the cedar tree lanes, the olive tree- and vineyards....it is all there. Anna knocked on our door and warmly welcomed us. Anna and Stefano are very helpful, friendly and make you experience the holidays the Italian way. Like we knew them for a long time. We were asked to join the wine tasting at the big villa. When we arrived there, we were pleasantly surprised by the long layed table and enjoyed a dinner with the other family renting an apartment on the property. In one word: perfect!

We definitely recommend the property to our friends and family!

Great Toscan place, totally secluded, in midst of nature. Domain is wonderful, extra point would be to have a microwave and a dish washer in the house!

Sehr schönes Anwesen mit super-freundlichen Gastgebern. Wunderschöne Lage!

Perfect place to stay, with incredible view and position to explore Toscana. Hospitality of the mangers of the house was with the true Italian spirit.
