Villa Bonriposo

Wir hatten hier eine wunderschöne Woche im Mai 2024. Die drei separaten Wohnungen sind ideal für größere Gruppen. Besonders das Haupthaus ist sehr geräumig, sodass auch bei schlechtem Wetter ausreichend Platz für alle vorhanden ist. Alle Schlafräume verfügen über ein eigenes Bad. Die Ausstattung ist durchweg auf hohem Niveau. Zudem ist die gesamte Anlage sehr weitläufig und verfügt über einen großen Garten. Ein echtes Highlight ist der große Pool. Unsere Ansprechpartner vor Ort waren sehr freundlich, und ein kleines technisches Problem wurde umgehend behoben.

Fantastic property situated in a secluded area yet still close to some restaurants and stores (within 15 minute drive). Beautiful pool (one of the best I have seen at vacation properties), spacious house, comfortable for large family or friend gatherings. Only areas that could be improved is insert more AC (none currently in kitchen and living room). Other than that it was perfect.

Hosts were very nice and helpfull, villa is spacy, authentic and comfortabele, swimmingpool is top, location is pretty and peacefull, villa is situatief in the hart of Toscane in between Pisa, Florence, Siena, San Gimignano and Volterra.

Wie waren sehr begeistert von dem Haus, alles wunderschön und geschmackvoll neu restauriert und sehr geräumig. Wir haben mit 6 Personen nur das Haupthaus genutzt. Die Bäder, Zimmer, Einrichtung haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Terrasse ist mit 2 großen Schirmen und schönen neuen Outdoormöbeln ausgestattet. Der Pool ist sehr groß mit 3 verschieden tiefen Zonen und einer Treppe zum Reingehen, war ideal für unser Enkelkind. Auch unsere erwachsenen Kinder (25-30) fühlten sich sichtlich wohl. Kompliment an den Besitzer, der alles so liebevoll restauriert hat.

A very nice Villa with a wonderful sight and a great Pool. No issues during our stay. All little problems were immediately resolved by the landlords.

Waren 14 Tage in dieser wunderschönen Villa mit Kindern und Enkeln. Super gepflegt, auch der Pool. Wünsche wurden vom Vermieter prompt erfüllt. Probleme umgehend gelöst. Pisa, Florenz, Vinchy und andere Orte für Sightseeing nicht zu weit entfernt. Fazit: Immer wieder gerne. Man braucht natürlich ein Auto. Dafür wohnt man aber wunderschön. Es war alles bestens, deswegen braucht es keine Einzelbewertung der Kategorien.

Location fantastica, isolata il giusto per potersi rilassare in silenzio e in pace, ma non troppo lontano dai servizi (supermercati e farmacie) e alle mete da non perdere della Toscana.

All'arrivo siamo stati accolti da una dimora pulita, ordinata e perfetta per rilassarci: la vista nei dintorni è incredibile. Ci hanno fatto trovare nel frigorifero acqua e birre fresche e abbiamo apprezzato la finezza.

La cucina principale è ben fornita e funzionale (mancavano solo tazzine da caffè), il frigorifero ampio e adeguato a 12 persone. La piscina è fantastica, posizionata benissimo, molto pulita, apprezzatissima dai bambini e dai genitori. C'è il WiFi, non molto veloce ma abbastanza per restare in contatto e informarsi.

Due piccoli spunti di miglioramento: non è possibile oscurare completamente le stanze perché non ci sono infissi esternamente come serrande o veneziane, quindi al mattino presto c'è luce in camera. Inoltre, il numero civico della villa che ci è stato indicato era errato e abbiamo dovuto cercare la proprietà chiedendo in zona (si trovava comunque solo 300 metri più avanti).

Ci siamo stati in agosto, non ci sono zanzare all'aperto e ci si può godere le fresche serate ventilate dopo giornate roventi ma comunque godibili.

Stiamo comunque parlando di piccolezze a fronte di una sistemazione che lascia senza parole, molto ampia, adatta a gruppi, perfetta per rilassarsi e in cui si lascia un pezzetto di cuore quando si va via.

Had a wonderful three- week stay at this beautiful property (three couples). The villa, pool and grounds are large and comfortable. Bedrooms are all air-conditioned. Our hosts, Giulio and Fredericka, were lovely people, very accommodating ...... even arranged an onsite wine tasting for us.
The location is rural, but once you become familiar with the area, there is plenty to see and do. Many nice restaurants in Palaia, one in Legoli. GPS is essential, plus a good road map, in case satellite is lost. Very hilly area with extremely winding roads, but the views
are breathtaking. You can drive to Pontedera (20 minutes), park and take a train to Florence or other destinations .... train rates are very reasonable.

The people at Posarelli were prompt and efficient ...... final booking went very smoothly.

Would definitely recommend this property, especially to a larger group.

Sehr schön und gepflegte Villa, sehr originell eingerichtet, richtig zum Wophlfühlen. Die Gegend ist wunderbar und in den Restaurants gab es das erste Olivenöl des Jahres. Das sollte man sich nicht entgehen lassen. Die Städte, die man gut erreichen kann, wie S.Gimignano und Volterra waren wunderbar und nicht mehr voller Touristen wie in der Hochsaison. Sehr guter Tipp von Posarellivillas!

Fantastic big villa. We felt very comfortable! Nearby there are great restaurants and bars with evening aperitif with snacks:very good. The suorrounded area is wonderful, also to go hiking.

Wir konnten diese Villa mit vielen Freunden sehr geniessen an dem riesengroßen Schwimmbad mit wunderbarem Blick!
Florenz ist n iChat um die Ecke, aber die Verbindung ist gut und es lohnt sich auf jeden Fall einen Ausflug dorthin zu machen!
